We are proud to be owned and operated by WWE Hall of Famer“ Bushwhacker Luke” Williams. Luke was a member of the legendary World Wrestling Entertainment tag team, The Bushwhackers.  He has brought his work ethic and disciplinary vision for fitness into the newly acquired facility as he has a longstanding reputation for quality and service.  Luke, along with his tag-team partner, Butch Miller, was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2015.

Yoga On The Terrace Join Sharon Denton on our terrace for a relaxing and uplifting yoga experience including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. Strength & Conditioning If you want to enhance your athletic performance, it starts with an in-season and off-season workout program.     Dorothy is our facility’s manageress. She previously lived in Northport, NY and has three grown children. Dorothy owned and operated a very successful restaurant Chef’s II in Melville, NY with her husband David for 28 years. She now lives on Clearwater Beach and enjoys gardening, rescuing animals and exercising in or outside the gym.

Sharon has completed certified courses in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras (Yog Darshan) and in Transformation Meditation. She is currently earning her CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist) Certification through NASM. Sharon has also placed nationally & internationally in Fitness and Body Building competitions in her past. Sharon works with clients weekly in Yoga Therapy and in Personal Training. Sharon’s Mission is to initiate the process of change and ensure that her clients take the actions necessary to accomplish their goals. She is dedicated to facilitating ongoing support, consulting and coaching to sustain the changes made by the client. Working with clients and students since 1989, Sharon’s vast knowledge of how the body and mind works and how to optimize health and vitality is evident in her balanced approach to life. She is also an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer at Clearwater Beach Fitness.Her knowledge of kinesiology and her motivational enthusiasm can help you achieve and maintain your fitness, health and wellness goals. Marsha is a graduate of the Edmund Morgan School of Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy in Cornelius, North Carolina. She holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Florida. Massage Therapy - Specializing in Neuromuscular, Swedish and Sports Massage; Marsha's intent is to use these modalities to assist the body's recovery from strenuous activity or injury, as well as promote relaxation.
