My Verdict
I’m honesty a big fan of the total gym ab crunch as it works really well for working out your abs through varies different exercises.
The only thing I’m upset about is the actual price of his equipment. I mean this shouldn’t cost you $160 with shipping in my opinion at tops it should be about $80.
If you can afford the the total gym ab crunch then I would recommend you get it as you will be pleased with what you will receive.
